Who's your favorite movie villain?

When you ask this question you have to really look at what is a villain. So many movies have anti-heroes that are more villian than the villain....

So then I guess my answer would be:
Freddy Krueger - of a nightmare on elm street

I would make the guess most people say Darth Vader... seriously, watch more movies.
